The Specialist, Clinical Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing robust processes to track and evaluate clinical initiatives, focusing on quality performance goals and objectives that improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include data analysis & reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation.

The Quality Improvement Resource will support Pennant operations for publicly reported and other quality metrics tracked, regulated, and monitored by CMS, state regulatory agencies, and other payors. The candidate will partner to build a world-class Quality Team that includes education, modeling, design, and operation that produces Quality Metric results in affiliated Agencies and a quality management infrastructure that promotes high-quality care.

The Clinical Trial Project Manager will oversee Paradigm Health’s contracted clinical trials from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards are met. They will serve as a key point of contact for sponsors, CROs, and internal teams, driving coordination across stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to establish project management processes, track progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment.

The Clinical Director executes market-level clinical strategy, supports provider performance, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to drive quality, utilization, and cost-of-care outcomes. This role builds relationships with providers and collaborates on how to overcome operational barriers, reduce administrative burden, and optimize clinical strategies for the members' benefit.
